Baked Haddock Recipe

Ingredients: Fresh caught haddock fillets, vegetable oil, butter or margarine, Vegetable Ritz crackers, salt, and freshly sliced lemon.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Lightly oil baking tray with vegetable oil
3. Take rinsed and patted dry haddock fillets and place in baking tray
4. Lightly salt fillets
5. Crush a sleeve of vegetable Ritz crackers in a separate bowl to a fine dust and spread evenly over fillets
6. Melt a tablespoon of butter or margarine in a saucepan and then lightly drizzle over fillets
7. Bake in oven for 22 minutes
8. Remove from oven and enjoy
9. Squeeze lemon slices over cooked fish
10. Serve with your favorite sides.
